I am a third-year PhD student at Department of Computer Science of University of Maryland. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Heng Huang and work closely with Prof. Wei Chen at University of Pittsburgh. Prior to UMD, I received my B.S. in Biological Sciences from Tsinghua University in June 2022.

My research interests center around computational biology and related machine learning problems, including single-cell perturbation modeling, single-cell multi-omics, protein design, and biomedical data privacy protection.

I am open to chatting and collaborating with researchers from different fields. Feel free to contact me through Email (cys@umd.edu).
